1. Usage Rights and Restrictions
XO Chat, including its interface, features, and intellectual property (trademarks, code, content), remains the property of Artyr Kuryla.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
- Reverse-engineer or extract source code
- Translate the app into other languages
- Use any of XO Chat’s content or branding without permission
2. App Changes and Availability
We aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, we reserve the right to:
- Update or modify the app at any time
- Add or remove features
- Introduce paid services
You will always be clearly informed before any charges are applied.
3. Data and Security
Some features require you to share personal data to function properly. This data is processed to improve your experience. You’re responsible for keeping your device secure and should avoid jailbreaking or rooting it, as that may affect app functionality and compromise security.
4. Connectivity and Charges
Some features require internet access. We are not responsible for reduced functionality due to lack of internet or data limits. Any charges by your network provider (including roaming) are your responsibility.
5. Device Maintenance
You must ensure your device remains charged and functional. We’re not liable if the app cannot be used due to device shutdown or issues.
6. Information Accuracy
While we do our best to keep information accurate, some features rely on third-party sources. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on app-provided information.
7. App Updates and Termination
XO Chat is available on iOS. System requirements may change, and updates may be necessary. You agree to install updates as needed. We may discontinue the app at any time. Upon termination:
- Your rights under these terms will cease
- You must stop using the app and delete it

XO Chat Premium gives users access to enhanced features, including:

This is an auto-renewable subscription. Your payment will be charged after confirmation.
Subscription Policy
- The subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle
- Renewal charges are processed within 24 hours before the new period begins
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed during the active subscription period
- Canceling during a free trial must also be done at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges
